6 Habits of a Highly Fertile Person

Here are 6 habits I’ve found to be true in every woman I’ve worked with who have gotten pregnant, despite what their doctors would consider to be impossible.

1. Embrace that fertility is the bloom of a healthy body, mind, and spirit.

It is a lifestyle, not a quick fix.

What gets you pregnant, keeps you pregnant, have a healthy baby, breastfeed successfully (if you choose), and allow you to model and teach your future kids optimal health.  You see how it never ends?  It evolves without an endpoint.

2. Practice gratitude

There is no doubt that your fertility struggle and heartache is real.

Fill your life with joy and love to crowd out the inevitable disappointment of seeing your period come.  You do that by focusing on what you have in abundance.  Your partner, friends, family, hobbies, etc.

By definition, shining a spotlight on what’s missing, i.e. your baby, shoves all that you already have into the background and shadows, diminishing their invaluable gifts.

3. Observe the 80/20 rule.

When it comes to nutrition, do good 80% of the time so you won’t feel as guilty that 20% when you’re cheating.

Release your attachment to perfection.  It’s an impossible standard that leaves you disappointed and pushes you to the brink of giving up until one day you actually do because you don’t see the point.

4.  Recover quickly.

That 20% when you slip?  Don’t bang yourself up about it.  Just get back on track as quickly as possible.

5. Know what you don’t know.

You’re not an expert in all things fertility.  Frankly, I’m not either but I’m constantly learning.

You look at the world through your own lens – shaped by your past, beliefs, culture, and gender.

As it is now, your reality isn’t helping you get pregnant so be open to learning new things that may go against what you held to be true. In order to do that, you must be willing to let go of your ego.

6.  Stop overanalyzing.

As I write this, I just noticed that the word “anal” is part of “overanalzying”.  😮

So pull your head out of your you-know-where and just do something, anything.  Quit spinning about it.  Action moves you forward whereas overanalyzing is quicksand of the mind.

In short, live your best life.

Things have a magical way of falling into place when you are in the “flow.”

Going back to point #5.  The best way to fill in the knowledge gaps is to have a coach help you through this.  If you’re at a place where you want that, check out my coaching program: fertilityeggspurt.com/gps
